Perpetual Healing was created to provide a compassionate, inclusive space where people can explore emotional healing, personal growth, and meaningful holistic change. The practice supports the whole person—not only thoughts and symptoms, but also the ways stress, trauma, relationships, physical health, and life experiences can influence the body and nervous system.

A Holistic Approach to Mind, Body, and Spirit Healing

Why Choose Perpetual Healing?

Trustworthy & Compassionate Care

Led by Liz Ash, MA, LPC-A, the practice offers a nonjudgmental environment built on empathy, collaboration, and respect.

Modern, Holistic Therapy

The importance of holistic therapy lies in recognizing that mental and emotional well-being do not exist in isolation. Your thoughts, physical sensations, behaviors, relationships, values, and environment can all shape how you feel. Perpetual Healing combines evidence-based counseling with somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and optional spiritual exploration to create care that is responsive to your individual needs

Guiding Your Journey

Here’s What Healing Looks Like with Me

Hi, I’m Liz Ash, MA, LPC-A. I believe every person has the capacity to heal and transform when given the right tools, support, and space. Before becoming a licensed therapist, I worked as a registered nurse, where I witnessed firsthand the deep connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and the nervous system. That experience is what sparked my passion for holistic, integrative healing.

Today, my work combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic practices for nervous system regulation, and the option of spiritual exploration to help clients recover from trauma, ease anxiety and depression, and reconnect with meaning and purpose.

I founded Perpetual Healing to create a space where people can heal without judgment, without pressure, and without having to “fit” into a certain mold. You don’t have to be spiritual to work with me—I meet you exactly where you are. My approach is whole-body and trauma-informed, engaging the mind, body, and spirit in ways that feel authentic and supportive to you.

Whether in-person in Charleston, SC or virtually (therapy across South Carolina, coaching nationwide), my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care as you move toward balance, resilience, and lasting healing.
